Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. However, any cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled transport time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost. No-Show Fee: 100% of the scheduled trip cost if the client does not arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled time without prior notice. This policy ensures that we can continue to provide reliable and high-quality service to all our clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
